By using Next Move NYC you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

You must be 21 or older

Next Move NYC is about bars and clubs. You confirm you are at least 21 when you create an account.

Report honestly

Reports must describe the venue you are actually at. Fake, spammy or abusive reports, and attempts to game a venue’s numbers, can get an account removed.

Deals

Deals are offered by the venues, not by Next Move NYC. Each claimed code is for one person and one use. Venues decide the details and may end a deal at any time.

No guarantees

Crowd levels, lines, covers and vibes are what other people reported. They can be wrong or out of date. Use your own judgment, and drink responsibly.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and give Next Move NYC permission to show it, in aggregate, to other users and to venues.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the date of the latest version here.
